The OnFiNtY Auth UI Kit is a digital product consisting of source code files for building authentication user interfaces in Flutter applications. This is a one-time purchase product, not a subscription service.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to:
- Use the kit in unlimited personal projects
- Use the kit in unlimited commercial projects
- Modify and customize the source code
- Use the kit for client projects
What You Cannot Do
- Resell or redistribute the kit as a standalone product
- Share your license with others
- Claim authorship of the original kit
- Use in templates for resale (e.g., ThemeForest)
3. Intellectual Property
The OnFiNtY Auth UI Kit source code and documentation are the intellectual property of the creator. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product, not ownership of the intellectual property itself.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
The creator makes no warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creator shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
6. Refund Policy
This is a digital product with immediate access upon purchase.
Refunable for: Duplicate purchases or technical access failure.
Non-refundable for: Change of mind, lack of technical knowledge, or failure to read description.
7. Support
Support is provided on a best-effort basis for general questions and bug reports. It does not include custom implementation or backend debugging.
